Review Mass E-Mail Policy
* = Required
Please tell us whom we should contact with respect to technical and operational details and general questions regarding this requested mailing.
The "Project Name" does not have to be any sort of official title but rather just a useful shorthand that we can use to refer to this request when communicating with your department about this message.
Please briefly describe the purpose of this proposed e-mailing.
The sender is the person (or department) who is considered to be the message's author or the person/department who will be handling all questions and replies on behalf of the message's author.
The sender's e-mail address may be either this person's own e-mail address or preferably an @unh department email address. This will be the return address used on the posting and it is expected that people will be able to reply to your message if they have any questions or concerns about its content. This is also the address we will use to ask for confirmation from you to verify your submission of this request.
Instead of selecting from the constituent groups above, it may be possible to create a custom list based on other characteristics of students you would like to contact through e-mail.
Please try to be as clear as possible.
Administrative Computing will make a best faith effort to post the message on the date specified during normal University hours. A general time preference for the posting day (morning or afternoon) may also be suggested. (Enter "ASAP" if the message may be sent as soon as all approvals have been received.) For time critical postings please note that we need to have a lead time of at least two University business days before the posting date after the following steps have already been performed:
* The Approval Authority is UNH Manchester's Director of Academic Student Services. If a request is made for Graduate Level Degree Students at UNH Manchester, the Director of the Center for Graduate and Professional Studies needs to approve of the message also. Administrative Computing will wait for approval from the Director of Academic Student Services (and the Director of the Center for Graduate and Professional Studies, if needed) before sending a mass e-mail.
Because of the number different channels involved, delays may be unavoidable. It is never too early to submit your request to start the approval and review process. In particular we recommend at least one-two weeks lead time for requests requiring a custom demographic.
Please enter your subject and message. Press the [ENTER] key only where you wish to have line breaks in your message, such as to start a new paragraph or to make a list.
If your request is approved, a final draft of your message will be sent to the "Sender's Return E-mail Address" entered above for your final review and approval. Note that we may need to apply additional formatting to insure that your message will display legibly on all e-mail programs. You will see all formatting changes made to your message as part of the final draft.
Submitting your request will send a confirmation message to the "Sender's Return E-mail Address" you entered above. Receiving your reply to this confirmation message begins the review and approval process.
