The instructional lab is reserved for specific class sessions. There are 21 Dell PC's with standard lab software, a teaching podium with a Dell installed and adapter for a laptop computer.

Due to popular use of this facility, we suggest you reserve your times early in the semester. Reservation confirmations for each semester will begin 3 weeks prior to the start of classes.

Any course specific software you require may be loaded on the PC's for a class meeting if you make it available at least 2 weeks in advance. The application must have the required copyright approvals.

Limitations and Fair Use of this facility:

1. This lab cannot be reserved for the entire semester as a classroom.
2. Please inform us if you don't plan to honor your reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled visit.
3. If your class is not convened 30 minutes after your scheduled time, other students may have access to this room.
4. You will receive an email confirmation of the reservation request.
5. The Lab Coordinator may ask you to adjust your request if conflicts occur in scheduling all requests equitably. A laptop cart with 20 units is also available for classroom use.

Faculty: Request should be submitted one week prior to scheduled use.

If this is the first time for you and the class to use the lab, please review the lab procedures. Handout materials are available upon request. We will also provide a short orientation to the lab facility for your class if staff time is available. This form should be completed by a faculty member.
