Library Extends Hours for Finals

The UNH Manchester Library will stay open an extra 1.5 hours Monday – Thursday for the last two weeks of the fall semester. From Monday, December 7th through Thursday, December 17th, the Library will be open 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Hours stay the same for Friday – Sunday. See the Library's Hours page for more information. New Student Identification Cards

It's not too late to pick up your new student id. All students are required to get new id cards this year. If you haven't already, stop by the library to pick up your new card for 2009.

Community Spotlight: Taking Care of Self and Community

During November, the UNH Manchester Library display case will feature exhibits of two important campus initiatives. From November 1 – 15, drop by the library to learn about the Warmth from the Millyard project, a winter clothing drive initatied and facilitated by students in the Community Leadership Program and sustained by partnerships throughout the city. The project won last year's New Hampshire Social Entrepreneurial Student Leadership (SESL) Challenge; the trophy will be part of the library exhibit.

From November 16 – December 18, the library will host an exhibit focusing on this year's Discovery Dialogue theme, "Taking Care of Self and Community: A University Dialogue on Health." The year–long dialogue series features essays, lectures, and activities on the topic of health and wellness. Check out the library display space for information on health–related issues and resources.
