Reminder to All Students

The Office of Student Accounts coordinates the student account process. We initiate bills, process payments and assist students in understanding and managing their university accounts, including scholarship payments, veteran's benefits, vocational rehabilitation or other third party payments and the Tuition Pay interest-free monthly payment plan.

Please note that students are responsible for the status of their accounts. We encourage students to contact the Office of Student Accounts immediately if they have questions or concerns about their account or if there have been any changes in any payment arrangements. Failure to do so could jeopardize a student status.

Veteran's Benefits

Veterans and their eligible dependents may apply for educational benefits before the start of each semester. Returning veteran students must reapply for benefits each semester.

You may apply for VA Educational Benefits at http://www.gibill.va.gov or request an application for Education Benefits form from the VA representative. We recommend that you apply for benefits online for faster service. When you receive the “Certificate of Eligibility” letter from the Department of Veterans Affairs, please submit the letter to the VA representative to finalize your paperwork for VA Benefits. You also need to submit a copy of your DD 214 (if discharged from service).

Veterans receiving VA benefits under the Montgomery GI Bills (Chapters 30, 1606, and 1607) must call 1-877-823-2378 once a month for verification of attendance or online at:

https://www.gibill.va.gov/wave/index.do

Veterans Receiving benefits under the Post 9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33) and Dependents using Chapter 35 do not have to verify their attendance each month with the VA, but must inform the UNH/UNHM Veterans Coordinator of any changes to their enrollment status.
