Transcripts
Transcripts for all UNH Manchester coursework are kept by the UNH Registrar in Durham. Requests for transcripts must be made in writing. There are no longer transcript fees. However if you wish to rush the transcript request you must pay $5 for rush processing (24/48 hours) for every five copies.
How to Order Transcripts and Course Descriptions:
How To Order Transcripts through WEBCAT:
Students/alumni with active MyUNH/Blackboard accounts are able to request transcripts via Webcat (myunh.unh.edu). Students/Alumni can request official or unofficial copies or have them held for degrees and/or grades. Since the transcripts requested on the web will be printed and mailed the next day (or if volume is extremely high, within two business days), there will be no fees assessed for "rush processing". Students/alumni who attended UNH after 1989 and have active MyUNH/Blackboard (myunh.unh.edu) accounts are able to request transcripts over the web. If you were enrolled before 1989, you must mail or fax a transcript request form. If you attended UNH after 1989 and are not sure whether you have an active MyUNH/Blackboard account, please contact the Help Desk at (603) 862-4242.
Instructions on how to request transcripts WEBCAT:
- Go to myunh.unh.edu (Blackboard)
- Log on to Blackboard

How to order Transcripts with a written request:
- Decide if you need an OFFICIAL or UNOFFICIAL transcript. An OFFICIAL transcript is printed on security paper, bears the signature of the Registrar and the University seal. It may be sent to whomever you wish. An UNOFFICIAL transcript can only be sent to you directly, or to a department in the University of New Hampshire. It is printed on regular white paper, and does not bear the University seal. Also, if you have a Granite Square Station Box the Unofficial transcript will be mailed to that address.
- Follow the instructions that are located on the transcript request form. Please read them carefully, and fill out the form completely. No OFFICIAL transcripts will be furnished if your financial obligations to the University have not been met.
- Transcript requests must be made in WRITING or on-line. They will not be accepted over the phone or by e-mail. You can either come into the Registrar's Office and fill out a transcript request form, fax the request to us at (603) 862-1817 or mail the transcript request form to our office at:
